Loving Nalini by Rachel Armstrong
Brad, a white Australian medical student from country Queensland, struggles with his feelings for his best friend Nalini, a beautiful Indian girl whose father expects her to return to India with her medical degree and consent to an arranged marriage.
Loving Nalini was inspired by the medical students who have passed through Rachel's work and is set at Townsville's IndiaFest.
